HBoot Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rights, responsibilities, and product boundaries that apply to HBoot Unified Account.

Version:2026-08-28Effective:2026-08-28

These Terms are between you and Liu Bo, the individual developer operating HBoot Unified Account, located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China (bobolity@163.com). HBoot provides registration, sign-in, account linking, and security management for HBoot products.

By registering, signing in, or using an HBoot account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Product-specific rules also apply when you use a product.

  • You may register or sign in using an email verification code, WeChat QR, or another supported method.
  • Use an email address or WeChat account that you control and protect your devices, codes, and sessions.
  • The global user ID identifies your HBoot account; each product remains responsible for its local user ID and business data.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

HBoot verifies identity, issues and rotates product sessions, and maintains identity mappings. Each product controls its own features and business data. If two verified identities map to different product users, HBoot creates a pending merge relationship; you confirm it on the product Web app and the product performs the business-data merge.

  • Do not impersonate others, sell accounts, or register accounts in bulk.
  • Do not bypass security controls, probe, attack, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful or infringing activity.
  • Do not abuse verification codes, QR codes, tokens, or APIs through automation.

We work to keep the service secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures, provider changes, force majeure, or security events may cause temporary outages.

Rights in the HBoot account software, interface, marks, and materials belong to the operator or lawful owners. Your lawful rights in content you provide remain yours.

We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or seriously non-compliant activity. Before requesting unified-account deletion, delete your accounts and business data in every product you used and transfer owner or administrator roles. Then verify ownership and submit the request in the account center. If no usable email is available, contact bobolity@163.com for manual verification. Unified-account deletion does not replace product-side business-data deletion.

We accept responsibility where required by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. The responsible party bears losses caused by unlawful conduct, a breach of these Terms, or failure to protect account credentials.

We may update these Terms when functions, processing, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be prominently disclosed and, where required, presented for renewed consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Please contact bobolity@163.com first with account, agreement, complaint, or deletion questions; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction.
